Conscious Co-Mediation Assessment

We begin with a thorough initial consultation and assessment. During this time, we collect important information about your family’s unique needs and evaluate your current status in the divorce or separation process. Through in-depth conversations, we then develop a roadmap for the most supported, effective path forward.

Conscious Divorce Co-Mediation

Led by Patrick Kalscheur and Natalie Stanish, LMFT

Conscious Co-Mediation is a collaborative approach to divorce mediation that results in significantly less conflict and a healthier family in the future.

During our conscious, healing-focused co-mediation, you’ll work with Patrick Kalscheur, a lawyer and trained mediator, and Natalie Stanish, LMFT, a seasoned therapist and divorce coach. Both Patrick and Natalie bring decades of experience working with families.

Conscious co-mediation helps to:

  • Improve communication between partners to successfully implement the agreements reached during mediation

  • Develop healthy, effective co-parenting strategies

  • Finalize your divorce with less conflict and more compromise

  • Learn to co-parent more effectively and support your child’s development

Conscious Divorce Mediation

Led by Patrick Kalscheur

Patrick Kalscheur, founder of Kalscheur Conscious Family Law, brings over 15 years of experience supporting clients through divorce proceedings. Conscious divorce mediation allows each spouse to clearly identify their goals, needs, and concerns, and the tools to voice them with their partner. As a neutral third party, Patrick ensures both parties feel supported to discuss their needs and de-escalate contentious moments.

Divorce mediation is ideal for spouses who are willing to:

  • Collaborate, compromise, and discuss

  • Retain more significant control of the process instead of turning everything over to a judge

  • Interested in a cost-saving, time-saving process

  • Find a space where they can be heard and find more options for resolution

Divorce & Co-Parenting Coaching

Led by Natalie Stanish, LMFT

Divorce and co-parenting coaching is designed for co-parents who need immediate, goal-oriented, problem-solving support. Natalie brings her expertise in child development, family systems, couples therapy, and trauma work to create a tangible co-parenting plan for parents that is tailored to each child’s individual emotional and developmental needs.

If you are navigating a strained co-parenting relationship or aren’t interested in longer-term traditional therapy sessions, this is the perfect solution to empower you with actionable strategies for your daily life.

Therapeutic Support

Led by an Introspective Family Therapy therapist

Families may need different levels of support as they restructure and transition to a new reality. Introspective Family Therapy takes a full family system approach and can provide as much or as little therapeutic support as needed, including:

  • Individual therapy for each parent

  • Individual therapy for children or teens

  • Family therapy for the entire family

  • Co-parenting therapy
