How does group therapy work?
Group therapy can be one of the most powerful ways to tap into new parts of your life and gain self-knowledge. We purposely keep the size of our group therapy sessions to just 10 men over the course of eight weeks — so trust, rapport, and camaraderie are built.
Each week, we’ll focus on a different topic — from definitions of masculinity to what self-care means for you — and explore it through conversations, exercises, and practical tips.
