GABRIELLE SOE,

MFT Graduate Intern

Gabrielle believes that change comes from the choices we all make. Promoting safety, acceptance and empowerment, she helps clients explore their own values and beliefs that become a part of their foundational identity. She guides clients to access their strengths and resources to make desired changes. With her genuine curiosity and support, she delves into clients' narratives by witnessing their experiences without judgment, or needing to fix. She empowers clients to recreate any parts that no longer fit or serve them in their current life.

Gabrielle specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families. She has experience working with high conflict relationships, trauma, sexuality and intimacy, personal transitions, and anxiety/depression. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and draws from various models, including emotionally focused, art, experiential, trauma-informed, and somatic-based. She values client’s input in their sessions and works with them to create a therapeutic space that is unique to them.

Gabrielle earned her Bachelor of Science in Genetics and Biology from Purdue University in 2014, a Master of Science in Psychology from Purdue University Global in 2021, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Purdue University Northwest. She spent a year working at Purdue’s Couple and Family Therapy Clinic and is interested in further training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Sex Therapy.
