NEW! Become an Integrated Professional: Reconnect with Your Purpose & Transform Your Practice

  • Introspective Family Therapy 3139 North Lincoln Avenue Chicago, IL, 60657 United States (map)

Join us on March 6th, 2025, for the Integrated Professional: Cultivating Self-Awareness to Build a Purpose-Driven, High-Impact Career. In partnership with Collaborative Divorce Illinois, this immersive workshop is designed specifically for collaborative professionals who work with families experiencing conflict and upheaval.

This dynamic, in-person workshop addresses a critical challenge many of us face: maintaining our own emotional regulation while guiding clients through intense emotional situations. When our clients' strong emotions trigger our own reactions, our effectiveness diminishes and our passion for this important work can quickly fade.

During this hands-on workshop, you'll:

  • Experience practical self-awareness techniques you can incorporate into your individual and team practices

  • Explore how these practices connect to your individual purpose—your "why"

  • Identify your personal triggers and learn valuable tools to work through them

  • Develop practical applications by examining how you experience boundaries for yourself and with others

By the end of the workshop, you'll be reconnected to your purpose and inspiration, ready to engage with clients from a centered, authentic place. The optional social reception following the workshop provides the perfect opportunity to practice your newly enhanced professional capabilities.
