Beth has a deep appreciation for others’ experiences and is dedicated to helping clients feel valued and heard. She believes every person has the capacity for growth and healing and is inspired by clients’ unique talents and strengths. Beth finds her motivation in the beauty of nature, the creativity of art, and the resilience of the human spirit. 

Beth is passionate about working with children and individuals, focusing on managing anxiety, depression, and trauma. She has a special interest in supporting those navigating life transitions, identity challenges, and those looking to enhance their relationships and interpersonal skills. Beth’s approach weaves together various therapy styles into a customized plan that supports a journey to well-being. She guides clients in changing negative thoughts, exploring past experiences, and focusing on personal strengths. 

Beth earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wake Forest University in 2023 and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. Beth plans to further her expertise in therapy dog training, blending her love for animals with her dedication to providing comfort and support to her clients. When she’s not with clients, you can find Beth at dance cardio classes or on the pickleball courts, always looking to meet people and make new friends.
